By car you can take the fastest route or a more scenic route. You can also get here by public transport.

The Scenic Route

From Edinburgh take the M9 to Stirling, then the A84 through Doune and Callander to Lochearnhead and onto the A85 to Crianlarach.
From Glasgow take the A82 North along the side of Loch Lomond to Crianlarach.
From Crianlarach follow the A82 through Tyndrum, Glen Coe to Fort William.
Continue on the A82 through Spean Bridge turning left at Invergarry onto the A87, through Glenshiel and past Eilean Donan Castle to Auchtertyre.
At Auchtertyre turn right onto the A890, eastward along the south side of Lochcarron.
The road then joins the A890 (turn left) to Lochcarron and continue through Lochcarron and onto Kishorn.
Once in Kishorn you will pass a shop on your left and the Seafood Bar on your right.
Take the next left signposted Achintraid.
Follow the road for approximately 200 yards and the track to Pier House is on the right.
